9.Dynamic Temperature Control systems combine the efficiencies of effective 

thermodynamics and modern microelectronics making it a highly efficient alternative to open bath temperature control technology. 

10.Dynamic Temperature Control system is close system. An expansion vessel for thermal expansion and contraction replaces the conventional bath. 

The expansion vessel is isolated from the thermoregulation unlike open baths.

 

Structure design

A fully closed piping design, high efficiency plate heat exchanger used to reduce the demand for the thermal fluid utilization while providing the system to achieve the rapid ups and downs in temperature The whole system is a closed liquid circulation system with the expansion of container, expansion of the container and the liquid circulation is adiabatic, and do not participate in liquid circulation, only mechanical connection, regardless of the temperature is a high temperature or low temperature, the tank temperature is limited to 60℃. Therefore, during the process the risk of imbibing and volatilization ofthe heat conducting medium is reduced. There following advantages for the user.

 

Only the heat conduction medium in the expansion container touches the oxygen in the air. 

(The container temperature is limited to 60℃).

No volatilization of the heat conducting medium at high temperature.

 No need to change the heat conducting medium. Continuous control of the temperature of the below

 range can be done without rising the pressure: -80℃~190℃, -70℃~220℃, -88℃~170℃, -55℃~250℃, 

-30℃~300℃.
